1)   All Prices are in Australian  Dollars and include GST

2)   We are happy to exchange within 30 days from date of purchase,
      but do not refund unless an error has been made on our part.

3)   For all breakage claims, please contact enquiries@siroccohome.com.au.
      A clear photograph of the damaged item must be sent by email.

4)  We are happy to repair damaged or faulty stock if purchased less than 6 months ago.
      Proof of purchase must be supplied (if purchase was on account at either of our Sydney
      shops, we will have your details).  This excludes normal wear and tear.
      A small fee will be charged for repairs after 6 months. 

5)  All Freight of furniture from our Sydney Warehouse to Siroccohome stockists is free into store. 
     Please be aware there may be a waiting period of 2 weeks + for the retailers shipment to be to be completed.
      Local delivery will be charged/organised by each Siroccohome retailer.

6)  All Lighting and Lifebuoy Mirrors require a $15 packing fee if sent by mail or courier.
      For example if posted  to City areas usually $30 total charge outside areas up to $50 total charge.
     This fee does not apply if sent with a furniture shipment.

7)  All Lighouse Lamps require the lampshade and base to be packed separately (in 2 boxes).  
      Freight charges of $45-$55 will apply, depending on delivery location.   This fee does not apply if sent
      with a furniture shipment.

8)  All cancellations incur a fee of 10% of the value of order, cancelled orders over $500
      incur a set fee of $50. This fee applies 24 hours after orders have been processed and paid for.

9)   Sydney Deliveries and Installations  
      Most deliveries are a $70 Fee for our well trained Siroccohome Delivery Men
      to deliver and install your Siroccohome purchases.
      This undervalued fee is subsidised by Siroccohome head office.
      We are happy to dissassemble and move other furniture items if needed for you,
      but an additional charge of $25 every extra 15 minutes will be charged
      Due to our delivery schedule all extra work requires pre booking

Price is for door-to-door delivery for minimum 1 cubic metre of furniture

Freight to all other areas and delivery times will be quoted at time of enquiry.
Please Note : Freight to all Siroccohome retailers is Free of charge when sent
with furniture shipment of 1 cubic metre or more.
