A clear photograph of the damaged item must be sent by email.
5) We are happy to repair damaged or faulty stock if purchased less than 6 months ago.
Proof of purchase must be supplied (if purchase was on account at either of our Sydney shops
we will have your details). This excludes normal wear and tear.
A small fee will be charged for repairs after 6 months.
6) All Freight from our Sydney Warehouse to Siroccohome stockists is free into store.
Local delivery will be charged/organised by each Siroccohome retailer.
7) All Lighting requires a $25 packing fee if sent by mail or courier,
This fee does not apply if sent with a furniture shipment.
